If your home has been sitting on the market for months, it’s not because of a bad economy. It’s because of bad marketing.
Last year, I closed $10 million in residential real estate sales. I did so by aggressively marketing homes through the Internet, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, property listing syndication, print advertising, direct mail and good old fashion face-to-face marketing. I will use the same marketing methods for your home. I’ll be sure buyers see and know about your house, and when they do, it will sell.

Buyers have their own unique issues. Many of you are well informed. You’ve done a lot of online research and have a good understanding of the marketplace. My job is to bring value to that information and help you understand what those facts and figures will mean for your specific buying process.
If you're having trouble finding a home, I can show you how to navigate search engines to find that perfect house, with the perfect yard next to the perfect schools. Once we find that house, I will tirelessly negotiate with sellers to be sure you get the best deal.
